Monitoring of Profiles and Messages

AsianSingles.ca has no obligation to monitor the content of messages or profiles transmitted as part of this service.

AsianSingles.ca reserves the right at any time to monitor, review and/or save any information that may be necessay to provide to any regulatory, legal or governmental request.

Modification of Members Profiles

AsianSingles.ca reserves the right to modify or remove the content and/or photographs used as part of a members profile, without prior notice or permission by the member.

Disclaimer of Liability

AsianSingles.ca is not liable to any user or member of this service for quality, performance, content or any type of material that may be provided by or transmitted by other users or members of this service.

AsianSingles is not responsible for any damages to a person that arise in any way from the use of this service. As a user or registered member of this service you accept and assume all risk and/or responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of this service.

AsianSingles accepts no responsibility for the unlawful or illegal actions of any of its users and/or members.
